Crispy Baked Onion Rings Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 big onions
- 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- pinch of rosemary
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1 tbs milk
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tbs olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 250 °C.
- Slice onions into rings and set aside.
- Take three ZIP BAGS: zip bag one: add flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, basil, oregano and rosemary and mix well; zip bag two: add scrambled eggs and milk. Shake nicely; zip bag three: add bread crumbs.
- Place onions into zip bag 1 then 2 and finally 3.
- Brush oil on baking trey and transfer onions on top. Cook in oven for 4-5 minutes then flip the onions and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
Chocolate Oatmeal Recipe
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 banana, sliced
a handful of chocolate chips
a handful of chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Turn stove on low heat. In a pot add water and oats cook for 2-3 minutes. Add milk, cocoa powder and sugar. Stir and bring to a boil. Transfer in a bowl and add banana and chocolate chips then serve.
