4 Tramezzini Filling Recipe | STEP BY STEP

Hi guys it's me here again Hungry Sista 2. Today's blog post is gonna be all about tramezzini,
tramezzini and tramezzini...
yum my favorite as you may have already know from a previous tramezzini recipe I shared not so long ago!

If you don't know yet 'Tramezzini' are famous Italian snack sandwich filled with colorful creamy fillings. They're delicious finger food perfect for pic-nic or any kind of occasion.

As always me and my sister got a lil bit crazy and experimented with different filling and spreads. These are our preferences but you can definitely feel free to diversify and mix match you're choice of fillings.

Okay... enough talking lets jump to the recipe!

1. Tuna Spread Rolled Tramezzini
They're well known and traditional, plus very easy to prepare! To give them a fancier look we rolled the bread with tuna spread instead of cutting them in triangular shape.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 tbsp maiyonese
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 slices of tramezzino bread
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • pinch of basil, dried
In a bowl mix all ingredients. With a rollin- pin press the bread then spread out tuna filling. Roll tight and cover with plastic wrap. Put in the fridge to cool the cut.

2. Vegeterian Egg Tramezzini
Delicious and perfect for people who want to keep it healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tbsp maiyonese
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 2 leaves salad
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 boiled egg, sliced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of tramezzino bread
Spread maiyonese and ketchup on the bread. Layer with salad, egg, a little bit of maiyonese and tomato. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Finally top with bread and cover with plastic wrap.

3. Shrimp Tramezzini
Ideal for more special days... yum filled with creaminess and savoriness.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tbsp maiyonese
  • 1 tsp mexican sauce (optional)
  • 10-12 boiled shrimp, sliced
  • 1tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices of tramezzino bread
Spread maiyonese, ketchup. Layer with tomato, shrimp, onion. Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper. Top with slice of bread, cover with plastic wrap. Let it cool in fridge and then cut into triangular shape.

4. Grilled Salumi Tramezzini
This last one is kind of different. We grilled the bread and topped with out favorite fillings.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tbsp maiyonese
  • 2 tsp mexican sauce
  • 2 leaves salad
  • salumi, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 slices of tramezzino bread
