Coconut Macaroon | Ramadan Recipes


Hi guys, I've got for you another yummy recipe!
If you're a fan of coconut this snack is definitely for you!
Today's recipe was made by lovely sister. She prepared this delicious Coconut Macaroon for us to enjoy during the short period before sehri. It's a perfect nighttime snack and really easy to make.

So, here's the recipe!



Coconut Macaroon Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk (250g)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix well with a spoon until everything is well combined.
  2. Fill each mini cupcake cup with about 2 tsp of the coconut mixture.
  3. Once all the cupcake cups are filled place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake them in a preheated 425°F (218°C) oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. After 10 minutes remove from oven and they're done!
