Easy 3 Milk Latte Drinks | Ramadan Drink Recipes 2020


INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry Iced Milk Latte:
  • 400g (1 cup) fresh strawberry, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 200 ml milk (almond, soy or whole milk) for one glass
  • ice cubes as needed
Mango Iced Milk Latte:
  • 400g (1 cup) 1 large fresh mango, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 200 ml milk (almond, soy or whole milk) for one glass
  • ice cubes as needed
Brown Sugar Iced Coffee Milk Latte:
  • Brown sugar syrup, for drizzle
  • 1/4 cup of cold coffee (I used half of a coffee shot)
  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup or more depending on sweetness
  • 200 ml milk (almond, soy or whole milk) for one glass
  • ice cubes as needed
DIRECTIONS:


    Prepare strawberry syrup:

    In a large pot place chopped strawberries and sugar. 
    Cook over medium high heat and until the sugar is full melted. 
    Stir occasionally to prevent it from burning. 
    Let cook for a total of 10-15 minutes and not more. You don't want it to turn into jam.
    You wan a syrupy consistency.
    Remove from heat, let cool in room temperature and set aside.
    Once cool transfer in a container and place in the fridge to chill.
    It's better to make this a day before making the milk latte.



    Prepare Strawberry milk latte:
    1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. 
    2. Add 2-3 tbsp of the chilled strawberry syrup depending on how sweet you prefer your latte. 
    3. Pour in some milk to fill the glass all the way to the top.
    4. Stir well.
    5. Serve immediately.
    Recipe can make around 4-5 glasses of this strawberry milk drink.

    Mango Iced Milk Latte:

    Prepare Mango syrup:

    In a large pot place chopped mango and sugar. 
    Cook over medium high heat and until the sugar is full melted. 
    Stir occasionally to prevent it from burning. 
    Let cook for a total of 10-15 minutes and not more. You don't want it to turn into jam.
    Use a potato masher and mash the cooked mangoes so that it's nice and slightly mushy and pulpy.
    You wan a syrupy consistency.
    Remove from heat, let cool in room temperature and set aside.
    Once cool transfer in a container and place in the fridge to chill.
    It's better to make this a day before making the milk latte.


    Prepare Mango milk latte:
    1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. 
    2. Add 2-3 tbsp of the chilled mango syrup depending on how sweet you prefer your latte. 
    3. Pour in some milk to fill the glass all the way to the top.
    4. Stir well with a help of a spoon.
    5. Serve immediately.
    Recipe can make around 4-5 glasses of this mango milk drink.

    Brown Sugar Iced Coffee Milk Latte:


    Drizzle brown sugar syrup inside the glasses
    Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. 
    Pour in some milk to fill 3/4 of the glass.
    Add 1/4 cup coffee shot followed by 2-3 tbsp of sugar syrup (you can use any sweetening of your choice). 
    Stir well and serve immediately.

    1 shot of coffee can make around 2-3 glasses of this iced coffee latte.
