INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry Iced Milk Latte:
- 400g (1 cup) fresh strawberry, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 200 ml milk (almond, soy or whole milk) for one glass
- ice cubes as needed
- 400g (1 cup) 1 large fresh mango, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 200 ml milk (almond, soy or whole milk) for one glass
- ice cubes as needed
- Brown sugar syrup, for drizzle
- 1/4 cup of cold coffee (I used half of a coffee shot)
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup or more depending on sweetness
- 200 ml milk (almond, soy or whole milk) for one glass

DIRECTIONS:
Cook over medium high heat and until the sugar is full melted.
Stir occasionally to prevent it from burning.
Let cook for a total of 10-15 minutes and not more. You don't want it to turn into jam.
You wan a syrupy consistency.
Remove from heat, let cool in room temperature and set aside.
Once cool transfer in a container and place in the fridge to chill.
It's better to make this a day before making the milk latte.
Prepare Strawberry milk latte:
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Add 2-3 tbsp of the chilled strawberry syrup depending on how sweet you prefer your latte.
- Pour in some milk to fill the glass all the way to the top.
- Stir well.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe can make around 4-5 glasses of this strawberry milk drink.
Mango Iced Milk Latte:
Prepare Mango syrup:
In a large pot place chopped mango and sugar.
Cook over medium high heat and until the sugar is full melted.
Stir occasionally to prevent it from burning.
Let cook for a total of 10-15 minutes and not more. You don't want it to turn into jam.
Use a potato masher and mash the cooked mangoes so that it's nice and slightly mushy and pulpy.
You wan a syrupy consistency.
Remove from heat, let cool in room temperature and set aside.
Once cool transfer in a container and place in the fridge to chill.
It's better to make this a day before making the milk latte.
Prepare Mango milk latte:
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Add 2-3 tbsp of the chilled mango syrup depending on how sweet you prefer your latte.
- Pour in some milk to fill the glass all the way to the top.
- Stir well with a help of a spoon.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe can make around 4-5 glasses of this mango milk drink.
Drizzle brown sugar syrup inside the glasses
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour in some milk to fill 3/4 of the glass.
Add 1/4 cup coffee shot followed by 2-3 tbsp of sugar syrup (you can use any sweetening of your choice).
Stir well and serve immediately.
1 shot of coffee can make around 2-3 glasses of this iced coffee latte.
