Creamy Chicken Bread Cone Samosa | Easy Ramadan Recipe

Easy bread cones filled with delicious creamy chicken stuffing. Your kids are gonna love this.
Made with rolled bread and coated with crushed tortilla crisps. YUM.

Creamy Chicken Bread Cone Samosa Recipe

  • 1 chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 medium size onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp of single cream
  • 6-8 slices of white bread
  • 1 pack of cool flavour Doritos (or any pack of crisp available)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  1. In large pan heat up 3 tablespoon of oil. Once hot add chopped onion and chicken cubes. Fry for 2-3 minutes then add all the seasonings (1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dried oregano leaves, 3/4 tsp paprika and salt to taste). Mix well cover and let simmer on low flame for 5 minutes or until chicken is soft. After that add bell pepper and 3 tablespoons of cream. Mix well and remove from heat. Set aside and let cool completely. 
  2. Take bread slices and cut edges (so that the brown part is removed).
  3. Working one bread slice at a time, roll the bread with a rolling pin until flat. Repeat with the rest of the bread slices.
  4. Roll each bread slice in a cone shape and feel with a tablespoon of chicken mixture and grated cheese. Please check the video below for reference.
  5. Once all shaped deep fry in hot oil. Fry on medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Enjoy with your favourite sauce.
