Nando's Chicken Bread Balls Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breast, boiled and shredded
 - 1 pack of ready-made Nandos Peri-Peri marinade
 - 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp oil
 - 8-10 bread slices
 - breadcrumbs as needed
 - 2 beaten eggs
 - Oil for frying
 
- In a frying pan heat a tbsp of oil. Once hot add shredded chicken, peri-peri seasoning and red pepper. Mix well until most of the moist is gone. Transfer in a bowl and add mayonnaise. Mix well and let cool completely before using.
 - To prepare the bread balls take bread slices and cut the edges so that the brown part is removed.
 - Slightly soak the bread in some water and squeeze with clean hands. Add about a tablespoon of peri-peri mixture in the middle of the wet bread slice. Bring the edge to the centre and close securely so that you end up with a ball shape.
 - Repeat with the rest of the stuffing. Then coat each ball first in egg and then breadcrumbs.
 - Deep fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
