INGREDIENTS:
- 2 breast chicken, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tbs onion, chopped
- 500 g pasta, boiled once and drained
- 200 g mushroom, sliced
- 150 g cauliflower, cut into chunks
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Heat a pot on medium fire, add garlic and fry until golden brown. Set fire low, add chicken and onion and fry for 2-3 minutes until dry. Turn into medium fire and stir for more 5 minutes. Then gradually throw mushroom, green pepper and cauliflower and stir occasionally. Add salt and black pepper, continue stirring for 2 minutes. Add cheese, heavy cream and pasta. Combine all the ingredients carefully and turn off fire.
