Iced Watermelon Lemonade | Ramadan Recipes


Serves: 5 to 6 people

INGREDIENTS:
  • watermelon, sliced and diseed
  • 1 and half lemon (about 1 cup lemon juice)
  • l,5 litre water
  • 5-6 tbs of sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup tapioca (optional)
DIRECTIONS

In a blender throw watermelon and blend for 1 minute. Transfer to an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 2 hours. In a bowl pour lemon juice and 0.5 litre water.  Then add sugar and salt and mix well until diluted. In a large pitcher combine lemon mixture and the rest of the water, mix well.
Serve with cold watermelon ice cubes and tapioca. Enjoy!
