Serves: 5 to 6 people
INGREDIENTS:
- watermelon, sliced and diseed
- 1 and half lemon (about 1 cup lemon juice)
- l,5 litre water
- 5-6 tbs of sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup tapioca (optional)
In a blender throw watermelon and blend for 1 minute. Transfer to an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 2 hours. In a bowl pour lemon juice and 0.5 litre water. Then add sugar and salt and mix well until diluted. In a large pitcher combine lemon mixture and the rest of the water, mix well.
