Sweet Creamy Lassi | Ramadan Recipes


Hello guys, today I'm going to show you how to make Lassi.
Lassi is a traditional, creamy yogurt-based drink popular in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. It's a blend of yogurt, water, milk, spices which can sometimes incorporate fruit aswell.

For this recipe I kept it basic and used just the main ingredients such as yogurt, milk, water and sugar.  But you can totally vary this recipe as much as you want! Feel free to add any fruit or spices you wish.

This has definitely been one of my and my family's drink to go for sehri time as it keeps us hydraited and fresh throughout the day. Plus it's delicious, creamy and it keeps us fuller longer. What else could we ask for?! 

Prep time: 5 min
Serves: 5 to 6 people

INGREDIENTS:
  • 300g yogurt
  • 300ml milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:

In a blender trow all ingrediens and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
