Kabab Masala Recipe


Prep time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2 people

INGRIDIENTS:

For Kebab
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 150 g ground beef
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 green chili
  • 1/2 tbs coriander
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chili
  • 1/4 tsp cumin (jeera)
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
For Masala
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of small garlic, grated
  • 1 big tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chili
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbs oil
  • pinch of coriander leaves
DIRECTIONS:

For Kabab
Grind beef, onion, green chili and coriander in a blender. Transfer to a bowl and add all spices. Make into small rectangular shape. In a pan add oil and set fire to medium. Fry kababs for 10-15 min until cooked.


For masala
Add oil in a pan and set fire to medium. Throw onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes until golden. Gradually add tomato and spices. Fry for 5-10 min until ingredients are soft.


Combine
Add fried kababs to the masala and stir a little. Set fire to low and cover the pan and let simmer for 2-5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve.
