Serves: 2-3 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 pieces of sweet potato, sliced
- 2 cups cooking oil
- 100 g crushed gur (or cane sugar)
DIRECTIONS:
Take a big pan with high sides, set fire to high and add oil. Heat for 2-3 minutes. Add sliced sweet potatoes and crushed gur. Deep fry for 8 minutes. Stir so potatoes are glazed with gur and fry until golden brown. Transfer into a serving plate.
