Earlier this year I had acne breakouts and so I decided to start eating healthy
(well, relatively healthy). Now I gravitate more towards fruits and my favorites are apples and peaches. So, here's a super easy recipe that will help you take that first step on eating healthy. Enjoy!
Prep time: 3-5 minutes
Serves: 1 person
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium sized peach
- 1 cup sweetened yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
Slice peach into cubes and set aside. Add sweetened yogurt in a small bowl then add slices of peach.
