Today's recipe is stuffed chili pepper it's a delicious snack filled with potato chicken stuffing which is then dipped in gram flour batter and fried in hot oil!


Hi guys, I've got for you another yummy recipe!
If you're a fan of coconut this snack is definitely for you!
Today's recipe was made by lovely sister. She prepared this delicious Coconut Macaroon for us to enjoy during the short period before sehri. It's a perfect nighttime snack and really easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 2 kiwis, diced
  • 2 apricots, diced
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1/2 of an orange juice
  • grapes, as needed
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 1/4 cup mango juice

DIRECTIONS:

Cut the all the fruits in small chunks (diced) and place in a big bowl then add orange juice, mango juice and all the seasoning (salt, chaat masala, sugar). Mix everything and serve!
