Creamy and delicious Chicken Malai Boti is a perfect Barbeque dish. It is prepared with boneless chicken cubes and bell peppers. This is a tasty recipe for Dawat.
Chicken Malai Boti
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 3/4 tsp red chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp double cream (malai)
- 2 tbsp puck cheese spread (optional)
OTHER:
- 3 bell peppers, cut into cubes (red, green, yellow)
DIRECTIONS
- In a big bowl mix together chicken, black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, ed chilli flakes, lemon juice, double cream and puck cheese spread. Mix everything well together.
- Marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Meanwhile cut bell peppers into cubes.
- After 2 hours prepare the skewers.
- Skew 5 pieces of chicken in a skewer alternating each with one slice of bell pepper.
- Repeat process with the rest of the chicken.
- Grill skewers in a bbq grill.
- Spread with some more oil if necessary.
- Serve warm with naan and hummus!
