Chinese Pakora Recipe | Ramadan Recipes 2019


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup (160 g) white cabbage, sliced
  • 1 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp spring onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red food colour
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup gram flour/besan (add more if needed)



DIRECTIONS:
Mix everything well until well mixed.
