Chicken Bread Rolls | Ramadan Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 medium size potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • (500g)1 chicken breast, diced
  • 1 small size onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp tandoori masala mix powder
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp dried coriander seeds, crushed
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • breadcrumbs as needed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 bread slices
