Avocado is one of the fruits I love having for breakfast. So, today I'm
sharing another recipe idea you can make with avocado. It's very easy to
make and overall this could be a healthy recipe if you substitute sugar

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 and 1/2 milk
- pinch of chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well until you obtain a smooth consistency.
- Serve in a smoothie jar and add a pinch of chia seeds.
