Avocado and Spinach Smoothie



Avocado is one of the fruits I love having for breakfast. So, today I'm sharing another recipe idea you can make with avocado. It's very easy to make and overall this could be a healthy recipe if you substitute sugar with honey. I filmed a quick video that you can enjoy on facebook and instagram. Hope you guys like it!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 milk
  • pinch of chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well until you obtain a smooth consistency.
  2. Serve in a smoothie jar and add a pinch of chia seeds.
