INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (160 g) white cabbage, sliced
- 1 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp spring onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp red food colour
- 1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 cup gram flour/besan (add more if needed)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix everything well until well mixed.
