Hello, hungries. Welcome back!

With this recipe you can make about 9 to 10 kebabs.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 medium size tomato chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 380 g minced beef
  • 2 slices of bread, broken into flakes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 5 leaves mint chopped
  • 2 tbs yogurt
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp oil

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl throw the minced bread, onion, tomato, green chili, cumin, coriander, yogurt, salt, mint leaves, garam masala and red chili. Combine all the ingredients and then add oil.

Get some baking papers and cut them into squares. Take a handful of mixture and place it on the paper. Press until flat. Repeat this process with other pieces of paper until all the mixture is set on pieces of paper.

Get a flat frying pan and set fire to high. Add a bit of oil (about 1 tbsp). Remove the kebabs from the paper and fry them until brown on both sides.
